Next, you can reach out to us. You can submit a request for a quote and hear back from our team soon after. You can also give us a call, send us a text message, or send us an email.

Consultation
Once initial contact has been made, we can schedule a consultation. This consultation can be in person at the jobsite, or it can be virtual. Our clients are our #1 priority, so we will work around your schedule and preferences.
step 4:
Planning & Design
Once you have decided to pursue your remodel or renovation, LCS will take detailed notes, photographs, and measurements of your home and begin designing a precise plan. They will create a custom and personalized solution for your project, taking into consideration your budget and needs.
design & Construction agreement
step 5:
Our team will discuss finalized design plans as well as options of materials. Any necessary revisions can be made. Once a plan has been decided, a construction agreement will be signed.
step 6:
The selections phase
You will work closely with our team to make specific selections for your project. We can guide you with suggestions of quality and in-budget choices. Once selections have been made, we can begin ordering your selected materials.
step 7:
The construction phase
Once materials have been selected and ordered, our team can begin making your dream a reality. We will maintain transparent communications regarding schedule, timeline, and any other questions you may have.
