one of our recent projects:
the Langley project
The Langleys contacted us regarding 4 main issues: suspected interior water damage from a slow leak, severely dated and damaged siding, rotting wooden decking, and water seepage in their basement garage, along with other cosmetic upgrades.
Bathroom Water damage:
Our clients expressed concerns regarding standing water in a large walk-in shower and soft spots in the surrounding bathroom floor tiles. Upon further inspection, we were able to determine the underlying cause of this problem and discuss budget friendly solutions.
Finished Product:
To properly fix these issues, we replaced the shower drain plumbing to completely rid the piping of any corrosion or blockage. We renovated the shower, repaired the leak and water damage, replaced the flooring, and provided some other cosmetic upgrades.
outdated exterior siding:
Another piece of this project was replacing vinyl exterior siding that had not been replaced in 19 years.
Finished Product:
Once we had removed the old siding, we began installing durable siding and painting the exterior. The result completely changed the look of the home!
Rotting deck & Porch:
The Langley's deck and front porch were substantially weathered and rotting with several soft spots and sagging.
Finished Product:
Once the original deck and porch had been removed, we began rebuilding with new layouts that fit our client's lifestyle and needs. The final outcome was more durable and beautiful.
Basement flooding:
The Langleys voiced concerns of ground water flooding into their basement garage. We determine exactly where the water was able to seep in and installed a "French drain" to divert ground water away, resulting in a dry basement.
Other cosmetic improvements:
We provided our clients with several cosmetic upgrades. Some of which included new exterior doors, stone veneer installation, and a garage pergola.
